Voice Up in Oegstgeest & online

Maybe you know the feeling. You're in an important meeting and the conversation turns to exactly that one painful point you've been thinking about all weekend. And then the moment arrives, and you break into a sweat. Your breathing gets shallow, you feel your hands shaking. And then you go quiet. You keep your mouth shut. When the meeting's over, you could kick yourself. Why didn't you say anything?

Or maybe it's a different moment. One where you used to sing at home, in the car, with a band or in a school choir. And then at some point you just... stopped. Without really knowing when or why. You miss it. This was your thing, and you'd love to start singing again.

For people with bigger dreams, who want to contribute to change, however big or small.

Your voice matters. I'll help you start believing that again.

Singing; singing lessons and Voice Up Choir

Options for everyone aged 7 and up.

In Voice Up singing lessons, the focus is on learning to sing comfortably and freely. We sing your favorite songs. Technique can help with that, but it is actually much more about developing your own expression.

Starting in September, in addition to the monthly Voice Up choir, there will also be a children's choir for kids aged 7-12, with weekly rehearsals! Curious?

Sign up now for a trial lesson on September 9!

You walk into the weekly meeting with a lump in your throat. The moment someone asks for your opinion, you freeze. "I'll come back to that next week." Back at your desk, you're frustrated with yourself. You have so much more in you than this, but if you keep going like this, no one will ever see it.

From politicians to managers, from teachers to bank employees. This coaching helps you communicate effectively and make choices from a place that's truly yours.

Natalie is amazing! She was referred to me as an NLP and voice coach. When we met, I was a burned-out development executive recovering from the worst six months of my life. I was about to celebrate my 50th birthday and Natalie worked with me to craft my birthday toast in which I wanted to meaningfully express my thanks to all family and friends who supported me during the painful journey these last months. She helped me to find my voice, literally, metaphorically, physically, emotionally and in every aspect possible. I couldn't recommend her enough. She is also an amazing singer and has managed one of the top bands in East Africa. If you want to make your voice heard, as a singer, office-based professional, activist, policy maker, student or anyone from all of life, I couldn't recommend Natalie walks enough. Plus she is a wonderful person and simply fun to work with!

I had a great experience with Natalie. She was able to help me on a personal and professional front by guiding me and helping me find inner confidence again. She helped with get to some practical solutions as well as some personal development goals that I will continue to work on with her. After the session I felt that a weight had been lifted, and I walked out with confidence and much more clarity.

Natalie has truly made a difference in my life through how she uniquely delivers her life coaching together with vocal/singing lessons. Her valuable holistic approach includes talk therapy, singing exercises and ambition setting. I truly appreciate her active listening, detailed insights and pragmatic advice. Through her sessions I was able to understand how central my voice is to my wellbeing (speaking up) and purpose (passion for music and creativity. I have been empowered to continue work towards a more fulfilled life. I would recommend Natalie's sessions to anyone who is looking to take charge of their life, find their voice, fall (back) in love with music and their ultimate purpose, plus commit to their self awareness/exploration journey.

You’ll get an immediate taste of the Voice Up approach, because even in this first conversation you’ll experience how coaching can bring you clarity and direction.

If we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll move forward together!

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you need depends on your goals and the support you’re looking for. That’s why we offer different options.

It’s important to know that NLP Coaching is transformative. We explore the deeply rooted values and beliefs that shape your choices and behaviour. Some of them are helpful, while others may need to be re-examined in a new way.

In every session, we look at what’s holding you back from taking action and what you need in order to move forward. Sometimes you may notice resistance coming up. That’s completely normal. Doing what you’ve always done—whether it was effective or not—often feels comfortable. Change requires courage, honesty, and a willingness to try something new.

And that is the power of coaching: step by step, we break through the patterns that no longer serve you, so you can start doing what truly aligns with who you are.
