Find your voice at Voice Up

And that goes deeper than a breathing exercise...

...and make yourself heard...

Voice Up: Coaching

You are successful, have a good job in the business world, government, or an NGO.

But then it's Monday. Meeting day. You walk into the room and feel it immediately.
The energy is sharp; the tone direct. Reactions quick and unfiltered.

Your mind is working overtime. What exactly do they mean? Is this criticism? Should I respond now?
Am I saying this well enough? While others give their opinion without hesitation, you weigh every sentence. You nuance. Soften. Adjust. And before you know it, the conversation is over. Once again, you haven't said what you really wanted to say. This way of communicating doesn't align with who you are. Afterwards, you are left with frustration. You feel smaller than you are. Less visible than you could be.

There is a big event and you have been asked to present today. Weeks in advance, the stomach ache starts; you have nightmares about being unable to find the right words, of a total blackout, and wake up with trembling hands feeling like your heart is racing. And when push comes to shove, that is exactly what happens…

Then you start doubting yourself even more. You remain invisible, the conversations in your head become harsher. You can forget about the impact you want to make. As long as you don't speak up clearly, nothing will come of it. You know there is more in you, but as long as you keep quiet, that potential is trapped in your own head and your positive impact on the world is an illusion.

What if...

You walk out of the meeting on Monday morning with a sense of satisfaction.
You clearly articulated what was needed, and the team chose left instead of right. By standing firm and clear on what you see.

The presentation is a resounding success! You step onto the stage with a healthy dose of nerves that energizes you. You look out at the audience and see them nodding along; even your superiors nod in agreement when you make your point.

How does it work?

During 6 one-hour sessions, we will work on your voice and everything beneath it. You will learn to speak up when it matters. You will feel more confident and say what you think out loud. You will learn to articulate what is important to you: what you stand for, and what you believe in.

This program is about more than just your voice.

It is about who you are when you no longer hold yourself back.

This program is not for people who:
  • only looking for voice exercises

  • wanting to work exclusively on breathing or vocal technique

  • have no confidence that they will ever change.

This program is indeed for people who:
  • wanting to make themselves seen and heard more because they have kept quiet for too long

  • knowing: there is more in me, and it is time to take that seriously and start speaking out.

  • be curious about the underlying reasons for their fear of speaking

The investment is €850, or two times €450.

"Coaching unlocks your potential, helping you to function at your 100%. Coaching did not change who I was, but through personalized guidance, constructive feedback, ongoing support I identified my strengths, and developed intentional and effective strategies for growth that helped me build my confidence, enhance my performance and above all built my brand in my personal and professional life."

At work, my job has become secure and I do more than I was. I get recognized for what I do because I've learned to voice that properly.
