Voice Up: Speak Out
You are successful. You have a good job in corporate life, government, or an NGO. You’ve already achieved a lot in your career and you have a clear sense of where you’re heading.
But then it’s Monday again... Meeting day. You walk into the room and see your team already seated. The conversation starts and your mind switches on; the issue of the day could be solved so easily, right? Yet you keep your opinion to yourself. The meeting ends, and you feel deeply frustrated with yourself.
Why didn’t you say anything?
There’s a big event, and today you’re expected to present.
Weeks in advance, the anxiety starts: stomach cramps, nightmares about not finding your words, about a total blackout. You wake up with trembling hands, your heart racing. And when the moment finally arrives…that’s exactly what happens.
You start doubting yourself even more. You remain invisible.
Over time, the conversations in your head grow louder, more negative. The impact you want to make? You can forget about it. As long as you don’t speak up, nothing will change. You know there’s more inside you; but as long as you keep holding yourself back, that potential stays trapped in your head, and your positive impact on the world remains an illusion.
What if…
You leave Monday’s meeting feeling fulfilled, because you convinced everyone to go left instead of right, preventing a disastrous outcome. How good does it feel to not only think out of the box, but to actually say it out loud?
Your presentation is a huge success. You step onto the stage with a healthy level of nervous energy that fuels you. You look into the audience and see people nodding along; even your leaders nod in agreement as you make your point.
During six one-hour sessions, we work on your voice, and everything beneath it.
You learn to speak up when it matters.
You feel more confident and say out loud what you really think.
You learn to name what is important to you: what you stand for, what you believe in.
What changes
This journey is not just about your voice.
